Advanced challenges for using Gratitude:
- Write at least 15 Gratitudes a day.
- Write at least 20 Gratitudes a day.
- Do not repeat any previous Gratitudes.
- Think of 3 new people a day you are thankful for.
- Find a reason to start every email with the words “Thank you…”
- Say “thank you” to everyone you speak to in a day.
- Tell 3 people a day about Gratitude.
- Help someone else to begin Gratitude.
- When facing a challenging situation, stop and find 3 reasons for why you are grateful for the challenge.
